For the next few weeks we know our student athletes will be at home. Do not let this time go to waste. Spring sports have or will be getting workouts from their coaches. If you do not have a workout to follow, we have one you can do at home. It uses mostly body weight, so you do not need any special equipment.
The program is called PLT4M. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for the join code, if you would like to use the workout.
