Pirates News · PIRATES CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS LOOK STRONG AT PENTWATER INVITE


The Pirates made the LONG trip to the Golden Sands Golf Course in Mears to take on the Jeep Trails and the Golf Course in a very challenging 5 K race. The Varsity Boys placed 1st (20 pts) with Alex Enns leading the pack in Victory.
The Varsity Girls placed 1st (19 pts) with Alyson Enns winning.
The JV Boys were the only team for field a full team and placed runners 1-2-5-6-8 (12) (13) for a 15 pt total. Tyler Vander Zanden earned a medal and was the JV race winner.
In the Girls JV race, the Pirates raced only 4 girls. although they didn’t field a full team, they were impressive packing together and finishing 2-3-5-and 6.

1 Alex Enns, 2 Spencer Vander Zwaag; 4 Wyatt Dean; 6 Noah Bosley; 7 Seth Ackley; 11 Mikey Tubbs.

The Pirates travel to University Golf Course in Muskegon on Tuesday as the Norse host the 4th and final Conference Jamboree. Your Pirates have a sizable lead in conference and we hope to see them crown CONFERENCE CHAMPS again this season.
